Prepare the following documents: Acquisition PlansSource Selection PlansJustification for Other than Full & Open CompetitionStatement of WorkSolicitationsPrice AnalysisClaimsPrice Negotiation Objectives and MemorandumsResponsibility DeterminationsPrepare Source Authority NarrativesAward documentsModificationsMonitor IDIQ & BPA List for current option periods and expirations

 

Job Qualifications College Degree requiredContract Closeout ExperienceExperience working in government as contract specialist or contract officer requiredExposure applying and interpreting laws and regulationsExperience with high-dollar value, long term, fixed price and cost reimbursement contracts Experience with GSA schedule purchases
