Contract Administrator(Information Technology)

Contract Administrator(IT) manages and coordinates Amtek’s Federal and State Government contracts.  She/he should have experience in Contract administration including reviewing RFPs, RFQs and RFI.

Duties:

·          Help Amtek in preparing Requests for Proposal (RFP) and Requests for Quotes (RFQ) associated with MAS IT contracts.

 

·          Perform pre-award and post-award Contract Administration.

 

·          Establish and maintain excellent customer relations.

 

·          Must be positive team player.

 

 

Experience Level:

 

Two (2) years experience in relevant contract administration positions, preferably in federal government IT services acquisition.

 

 

Skills:

*  independent decision-making associatedwith contract management

*  Good written and interpersonal skills.

*  Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office toolsspreadsheet.

*  Working knowledge of U.S. Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR

*  Knowledge of CPFF, CPAF, T&M, FFP, IDIQ type contracts.

*  Experience with quote/proposal development, electronic submissions, and

    subsequent negotiations.
