Compensation & Benefits Specialist
LHI currently has an exciting and challenging opportunity for a temporary Compensation & Benefits Specialist. This assignment will last through the end of the year and potentially longer depending on the need.Job Summary: This position assists in the development, implementation and administration of the employee benefit plans and the organization’s compensation program.Job Qualifications: Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a Human Resources emphasis or equivalent experience in the field and three years working experience in the areas of employee benefits and/or compensation in a corporate setting, working knowledge of benefits and/or compensation laws and regulations, excellent teamwork skills and the ability to work with employees at all levels in the organization; excellent oral and written communication skills; demonstrated ability to work independently; proven organizational, project and time management skills as well as follow through and attention to detail ; demonstrated mathematical and analytical competencies and demonstrate proficiency using MS Office Suite Preferred: Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) and Certified Compensation Professional (CCP), experience using a Human Resources Information System (HRIS).
