Essential Responsibilities: 

As a Collections Supervisor II for the Arizona Department of Revenue, you would be responsible for:Leading a collection unit of 10 -15 collectors Coach, develop, train and motivate collection unit Work with attorneys, taxpayers, CPA’s to resolve collection issues Perform account reviews, personnel actions and staff evaluations Oversee implementations of policy and procedures Ensure procedures are followed and provide updates to staff Participate in task forces, committees and special projects

 

Desired Qualifications: 

Candidates should posses the following:Approximately one year of  Collections Supervisor experience Skilled with PC and Microsoft Operating Systems Highly motivated with strong problem solving skills Able to interact with all levels of organization Strong leadership and interpersonal relationships Able to handle complex multiple priorities Skilled to effectively articulate both verbally and written
