Chief Engineer
Chief Engineer - Ensure delivery of quality, timely, and cost effective engineering services. Leads efforts in staff technical training and development process. Provides staff direction with an understanding and following of industry best practices, codes, standards, established company policies and procedures. Provides expertise in infrastructure design basis, configuration, and critical facility operational engineering decisions to ensure customer mission is not impacted. Establishes and implements short and long term strategies to deliver services to customers within reasonable schedules and costs. Participates in staff training and development process. Knowledge and experience with O&M facility engineering guidelines for complex government facilities. Knowledge of Reliability Centered Maintenance engineering principles preferred. Knowledge of engineering design process and best practices. Familiar with energy and water conservation programs. Knowledge of facilities operations. Knowledge of NASA policies and procedures preferred. Familiar with OSHA and EPA regulations.

Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Ability to publicly represent company with internal and external clients. Ability to use own judgment and initiative in problem resolution. Must be capable of leading technical teams to achieve O&M engineering objectives.

BS Engineering and minimum of 9 years technical related experience. Texas PE required.
Flexibility to work long hours and support 24/7 operations, as necessary. Strong problem solving, operational, and teamwork skills.
