Change Order Manager 119736
The candidate will provide organizational change management and communications support for multiple internal projects. Primary job functions include the following: conduct impact and stakeholder analysis; develop and implement change, communications, training and deployment plans/activity schedules; manage issues/tasks associated with deployments including readiness of end users and support infrastructure. Must work closely with the customer, sponsor, project manager, project team, end users, web developers and communications staff to prepare the organization for change and to develop communications using a variety of channels (web, email, Powerpoint, multicast, etc.) as appropriate for the message and the target audience. Specific activities may include: translate business requirements, workflows, technical systems specifications and operating procedures into terms readily understood by different parts of the organization; collaborate with training resources to ensure instructional materials are developed and training is delivered; identify and analyze target audiences; develop communications strategy to reinforce key messages; create communications plan by phase; draft executive, middle management and end user communications including briefings, memos and intranet; write articles for various internal publications; develop and deliver change management training program for satellite teams; recruit, train and coach business change management team in line organizations; form and conduct user focus groups to resolve questions, assess needs, and recommend changes.
