Job Description

Dash Group, Inc, a small and reputed Federal contractor, seeks experienced Program Management Analyst.  Candidate will be expected to utilize a combination of government budgetary support, ISO methods  practices,and personnel support functions to army in a CBRNE environment in Rock Island, Illinois.

 

Specific duties will include:Perform internal audits of processes, procedures, and practices.  Provide planning, coordination, and technical support in the maintenance and update of quality manualsProvide support in preparing briefings and reports for the management Research and draft information papers, MOUs, and other correspondence

Required Experience and Skills

1.Total experience of 15 years in providing program management support at a senior level.

2.The experience must include at least 7 years working in Federal government agency in budgetary support

3.At least three years experience in providing manpower and personnel support functions.

4. Possess a bachelor of Science/Arts degree

5. Knowledge of Government regulations and acquisition policies.

6.Experience working in an environment with multiple stakeholders, different organizations, and large scale of operations.

7.  Proficiency with MS-Office software products - Word, Excel, Powerpoint.

8.  Secret level clearance - active or recent

 

Desired experience and skills

 

1.Experience working in a DOD environment preferably for army

2.Knowledge of FAR and DFAR will be a plus.

3.Ability to apply previous experience on programs and budgetary environment to the task at hand.

4.Good communications skills - Must communicate effectively in writing and orally with all levels of technical, operational and management personnel, as required.

5.Strong customer skills - Must be able to work with all skill and interest levels in resolving user concerns and working with other employees/contractors as needed to resolve customer issues and to retain accountability for ensuring that a final resolution is achieved in as timely a manner as possible.

6.Strong interpersonal skills - Specifically with respect to team communication.

7.Strong organizational skills - Work requires the ability to manage, reprioritize, and deal effectively with multiple small projects 

8.Responsible. Will maintain contact with problem situation and assist until satisfactory resolution is achieved.

1.Candidates with preference for employment and contract-to-hire arrangement will be preferred.

2.Relocation expenses are not authorized and local candidates will be preferred.

3. Candidates with active clearance will be preferred over those with recent but inactive clearance
