BAE Systems, one of the fastest growing defense contractors, is seeking a recent college graduate in engineering or business to bring his or her skills and education to learn and grow in support of the Business Process Automation group in Rockville, Maryland. You will work with a small, high performing team that works with TSS process owners to establish a foundation of well defined,measurable and repeatable processes for all our business activities. Mentoring and training will be provided. A bachelors degree, from an accredited college or university, in an engineering or business field. MBA preferred. Lean Six Sigma coursework or certification (Green or Black Belt) Excellent oral and written communications/presentation skills Experience with or coursework in Business Process Reengineering Demonstrated Project Leadership abilitiesMust be fully eligible to qualify for a high level Security Clearance.
