Fire Safety Service Group is seeking a Branch Manager for the Northern Fire Systems business with branch operations in Cohoes and Syracuse NY. The Branch Manager will have responsibility for P&L, sales, field operations, customer satisfaction and general business management. The Branch Manager will also be instrumental in aggressively growing the profitability of the operation and fostering a team environment. The selected candidate will have direct accountability for monitoring, managing and measuring all branch processes, and exceeding the business objectives for the branch. A bachelor's degree- MBA preferred The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in the fire detection & alarm industry; prior experience selling new equipment (jobs) and/or service products and/or experience in branch operations; strong leadership and team building skills; effective communication skills; and be an active leader in FSSG safety and EH&S programs. Additionally, a candidate who brings experience growing service sales in Central, Northern and Eastern New York State would be optimal. Relocation not provided.
