BUDGET/MANAGEMENT ANALYST TRAINEE
The City of Harrisburg is currently accepting resumes/applications for the position of Budget/Management Analyst Trainee. This position requires knowledge and skills in a combination of areas including budget, accounting and finance. Two (2) years experience using personal computers with applications such as Excel and Word is essential. Applicant must possess a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in business or public administration with an emphasis on accounting, finance, economics or a closely related field that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities. A career development program is in place with advancement annually up to $43,953 after three years of employment.
Residency within the corporate limits of the City of Harrisburg is required within one year of employment.
Salary: $34,000 - $38,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. ($34,750 - $38,750 after six months, up to $40,953 after one year). Excellent fringe benefits.
