Top 5 job responsibilities:Process and audit incoming invoices from District Offices Process invoices for Division initiated by the P.O. system. Matching receiving documents to invoicesProcess and audit incoming Expense Reports and Check Requests from District OfficesRespond to inquires from vendors, finance dept. and District OfficesGeneral Ledger coding and posting through data entry into Win Team Top 5 technical skills or experience requirements (in order of importance):Four years or more of Accounts Payable A good working knowledge of basic accounting concepts. Excellent oral and written communication skills.Intermediate or advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, OutlookThe capability to use and/or learn to use a computer and peripheral equipment required. Top 5 quality standards or competencies in order of importance (very important):Ability to:Conform to complex procedures and meet deadlines.Perform multiple tasks simultaneously in a timely, courteous and professional manner.Work in a team oriented management environment and to help identify and solve problems.Deal with internal and external customers and to ensure compliance of company policy.Work a flexible schedule and to work overtime as requested.
