A premiere Southern New Hampshire consumer products manufacturer is seeking an experienced candidate to operate and maintain its Waste Water Treatment Facility (WWTF).  

 

Specific responsibilities will include: Completing daily waste water lab sampling and testing Performing analysis during all stages of treatment Regulating, monitoring, and recording meter readings, inspecting and adjusting water flow, temperature, cycle times, and chemical feed rates to maintain proper waste water operation Calibrating meters and sensors Troubleshooting and root cause analysis of malfunctions to the operation Conducting routine mechanical and preventative maintenance, repair and installation of valves, pumps, blowers, and sensors Ordering chemicals and lab supplies for the operation of the WWTF Operating screening equipment Preparing daily and monthly reports Maintaining IPF operational log Cleaning and grounds maintenance around the WWTF

 

The successful candidate will have 4-6 years of experience in waste water plant operation, the ability to conduct waste water lab testing, and certification in waste water plant operation. At least 5 years experience as a mechanic with the ability to perform mechanical repairs and installation of mechanical equipment is required. A certification in boiler operation and the ability to conduct and the ability to conduct root cause analysis is a plus. Proficiency in MS Word and Excel are essential
