Job Description Warehouse Support Representative Eden Prairie Corporate Office is looking for a full-time Warehouse Support Representative to work 7:00 am to 3:30 pm Monday through Friday. The Posse Warehouse Support Representative is responsible for the receiving of incoming deliveries, processing orders in the JD Edwards System, order fulfillment (pulls and packs point of sale materials and equipment.) Coordinating shipping, tracking and inventory of the POS and equipment. Provide backup for POSSE Warehouse Team Leader and equipment technicians. Assist in coordinating equipment repairs as called in by field sales personnel. Assist with billing and invoicing equipment repairs and purchases. Maintain daily 5s organization and a safe work environment. PRIOR EXPERIENCE:· Shipping and receiving· Order fulfillment· Inventory control and tracking· Good communication skills – verbal and written· Be able to work independently – good time management skills· Be able to handle various task at one time· Organizational skills· Computer experience: Word, Excel, Microsoft Outlook (e-Mail) JDE inventory system.· Must be able to read, speak and understand English. PHYSICAL ENVIRONMENT/WORKING CONDITIONS:· Shop/Office environment.· Must be able to work in a team atmosphere.· Core work hours Monday – Friday 7:00am – 3:30 pm.· Able to display a positive professional attitude with internal and external customers.· Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.· Telephone and personal contact with sales personal, customers, venders, professional organizations, etc.· Must be flexible in work responsibilities.· Must be able to work up to 40 hours.· Must be able to be on your feet for long periods of time.· Must be able to work with chemicals and paint.· Must be able to climb a ladder 15 feet high.· Must be able to lift 50 pounds.· Must be able to bend, twist, turn and reach. GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:· Promote safety.· Invoice customers for equipment purchases.· Invoice customers for parts purchases.· Order parts as directed.· Process invoices received from vendors with accounts payable.· Coordinate repairs of equipment in the field utilizing the vendor network. · Participate in company functions as a representative for the POSSE area as needed.· Notify immediate supervisor when parts/items are needed to maintain the POSSE area.· Attend all training classes/courses to maintain the POSSE area.· Participate in team meetings. · Complete training for forklift operation.· Keep work areas neat and orderly.
