Warehouse Manager

Warehouse Manager The Warehouse Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, coordinating and supervising the receiving, shipping and warehousing sections . Duties include managing shipping and delivery activities, providing inventory information and maintaining and updating a computerized inventory system and inventory control procedures confirming and ensuring the timely and accurate import and export of goods.  Implement Racking System Schedule shipping and receiving of all inbound and outbound products Schedule the labor required for the daily operation of the warehouse and required shipping Maintain accurate inventory records with relationship to receivables outbound shipments. Maintain accurate records on all labor required, inventory received, cycle counts and necessary support functions within the warehouse Manage the employees required to meet the daily shipping goals of the company Maintain a safe working environment for all employees Coordinate with safety for training of employees Education and/or Experience:   Inventory control, shipping, receiving, On hands experience of warehouse management systems. Computer literate. Minimum computer expertise to include Microsoft office (word, excel spreadsheet, etc.) and SAP Demonstrated personnel management abilities (this position will be supervising a combination of Bayer full time personnel and contract seasonal personnel.
