Vending Route Supervisor

Sodexo is seeking a Vending Services Supervisor to manage vending operations within our National Accounts. Duties include maintaining branch standards for route productivity and accountability, opening facility daily and verify all personnel have reported for work, enforce employee uniform and appearance standards, close facility daily and verify all personnel have returned from route with all scheduled collects and services completed, Enforce and uphold all Sodexo Policies and Procedures and Any other duties as assigned by branch General Manager. The ideal candidate will have experience in running open routes when no other option is available, Verification of truck inventory, odometer readings, route key inventory, truck condition (clean/organized), Review open issues i.e. route schedules, missed collections, accountability, warehouse orders, etc. and route card review and sign-off. Whippany is in Morris County, in the New York metro area.~cb~ Position Summary: Supervises vending route personnel engaged in the collection, servicing and sanitation of vending machines. Responsible for machine sanitation and merchandising. Responsible for maintaining customer satisfaction. Manages warehouse and routes. Assists with cash control. Job exists only in route vending. Basic Education Requirement: High School Diploma or GED Basic Management/Supervisory Experience Required: None Basic Functional Experience Required: 2 years work experience in the service industry You may substitute 1 additional year of experience for each year of education below the basic requirement above as long as you possess a high-school diploma or GED.
