Territory Manager

The role of the Territory Manager is to be a point of contact within Papa Bello Pizza to ensure operational compliance and execution of Papa Bello Pizza initiatives.  The Territory Manager will share their knowledge and expertise of Brand with franchisees and all departments within Papa Bello Pizza.  The Territory Manager will act in an advisory capacity only. 5 to 7 years experience in the Food & Restaurant Industry a must.

Areas of Accountability

  Training and supporting of Franchisees and Corporate locations. Develop standards and profitability of performance for Franchise. Motivate, educate, and facilitate. Constantly raise the level of performance of all Franchisees. Development of weekly accountability standards for all Franchisees with support. Quarterly evaluations with our QSC reports of all corporate and franchised locations. Create standards and systems, to maintain the growth of our franchise group Create and help develop promotions with marketing to ensure quarterly new products. Working with franchisees on building their business and showing them the support Papa Bello has to offer Working with distribution to make sure all store have the correct speck products and the stores are all compliant. Communicating with franchisees  and letting them know they are our customers. Travel averages 50% of time.  Drug testing required.
