Specialty Chef

Be apart of a highly experienced and passionate team at Mammoth Mountains fine dinning establishment, Parallax restaurant. Direct, lead and create for a Culinary experience guest come for all over the world. The chef of Parallax will provide the support, professionalism, and motivation to a trained Culinary staff. Main focus will be on quality of food and presentation. High school graduate or equivalent experience. Culinary school graduate or equivalent experience. Minimum of 5 to 10 years fine dining restaurant cooking experience with at least 2 years as Sous Chef or kitchen supervisor. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to guests and employees. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations. Basic computer skills required. High-volume production experience preferred. Very comfortable with working with budgets, labor forecasts, and multi unit conceptsFor quick consideration apply here
