Senior Vice President, Operations in one of Health Care's highest growth markets. Position supports multiple hospital locations throughout Florida by leading a team of 11 District Managers and a regional support staff. Prior multi-unit operational experience in a SENIOR LEVEL role required. Strong strong strategic thinking, communication, team-building, client/customer focus and growth mind-set desired. Bi-lingual skills a plus. 50-75%+ travel. Coverage is - Tampa, Orlando, Jacksonville, Miami, Ft. Lauderdale. Successful candidate must reside in Florida. Position Summary: Responsible for strategic and business planning and management for a specific geography within a Division. Provides leadership and direction for all business aspects within the assigned geography including account operations, growth, and retention, staff development and training, and financial growth and accountability.
