Senior Accountant
Our client seeks Senior Accountants with strong financial/accounting background to support a highly visible initiative to implement enterprise software solutions. Responsibilities will include:Assist in the development of a detailed work plan to determine resources and tasks necessary for all phases of SAP implementation/Work with process teams to identify and communicate business process changesManage business requirements and ensure appropriate follow-up is is performed to resolve outstanding issuesEnsure controls (including SOX key controls) are reviewed and agreed to by business ownersParticipate in weekly meeting with the Functional Integration Lead to insure goals and milestones are being metPartner with business Subject matter Experts to provide support and assistance through all phases of implementation, including user acceptance testing.Ensure appropriate and relevant metrics are established.Who we're looking forRequirements for the Senior Accountant position: Bachelors Degree in Accounting At least 5 years finance/control/accounting experience (Big Four a plus) Substantial experience in at least one of the following: sales order management; purchase order management; fixed assets; general ledger; financial reporting (especially joint venture accounting, consolidations & financial closing); accounts receivable; demand planning; production order and inventory management; sales promotion/marketing expenditures Proficient in Microsoft Applications SAP and/or system implementation experience Collaborative team player with strong communication skillsAbout our clientA multinational Consumer Goods Company.What's on the offerAn excellent opportunity for career advancement, Competitive Salary, and benefits.For further information please forward a detailed resume along with current salary,
