Samâ€™s Boat is expanding in the Houston Metro area and is seeking experienced restaurant operators who have the desire to play an instrumental role in our company's growth.

A Texas Institution since 1981, Samâ€™s Boat has been serving great Texas Gulf Seafood, live entertainment, and cold drinks to millions of residents and visitors alike.Â Samâ€™s Boat is a high-energy, fast-paced casual dining environment with tremendous growth opportunity for the right person as Samâ€™s continues to grow and expand.

The ideal candidate would be a self motivated individual who seeks increasing challenges and never compromises on standards.Â High-volume casual dining experience required along with strong sales building skills, excellent P&L knowledge, strong cost control skills and commitment to people development and training.

Salary and bonus structure will be competitive and commensurate with experience and a strong benefits package is provided.

Â

New management personnel will receive a 6-10 week training program including rotations through essential positions involved in a Samâ€™s operation
