Sales Manager-South West Region

My client, a major provider of specialty beverages across the United States, is seeking a Sales Manager- South West Region. This key position can be located in either Texas or southern California.

 ResponsibilitiesAchieve annual budgeted sales and profit for the region.Achieves annual shipper budget.Deliver annual sales and promotional plans by account.Optimize sales structure and route to market in conjunction with senior management.Identify and manage new business opportunities and new ways of working.Total responsibility for brokers, distributors, retail chains for the region.Cost management for the region including trade spend budget, SKU payout calculator, margin calculator, deduction calculator, expense report management and broker contact management.Provide annual regional business plan.Minimum of 3retail headquarter calls per year.Assist with top level presentations.This position will report to the South Senior Regional Sales Manager.

 QualificationsFour year degree.7-10 years of sales experience. Focus on specialty business.Experience with calling on retailers.Experience with managing brokers.Category management experience.60% travel required across South West and southern part of the U.S.
