Sale Manager

Ideal candidate will be able to grow and build sales with new and existing accounts. This position will be responsible for managing all aspects of sales; including the introduction and sales of targeted perishable products.  Product, market and territory understanding is a top priority.

Monitor, manage and track - Sales, P&C, Margins, Overhead



Develop and manage sales team



Monitor sales results



Improve business processes



Provide best possible service and products to customers



Understand and take advantage of competitors strengths and weaknesses.

Give presentations to customers about company product line offerings



Provide outstanding levels of customer service



Handle customer's calls relating to accounts, orders, complaints, new business, etc.



Inform executive staff of sales trends within own region



Keep abreast of what competitors are doing



Maintain detailed knowledge of the company's products



Perform work within company-defined standards



Train sales staff, as needed



Attend any sales and manager’s meetings and training programs



Develop & execute territory business plan

Coordinate with customers, operations, outside sales, and sales representatives

Oversee and strategize accounts with individual recruiters

Responsible for setting and managing team and territory growth objectives
