Floor Supervisors 

1 to 2 years experience 

The floor supervisor ensures that all guests feel welcome and are given responsive, friendly and courteous service at all times, by ensuring that the FOH staff is delivering efficient and effective service, resulting in a feeling of gracious hospitality. 
He/she is team oriented, possesses an energetic ability to maintain a positive presence on the floor with guests as well as the FOH staff. Together with the management team, the floor supervisor trains, appraises, and develops employee performance to ensure a knowledgeable, talented FOH staff who exceed customer expectations.
