SAP Functional Developer

Analyst will be responsible for gathering and documenting requirements, conduct a fit/gap analysis of the business requirements against delivered functionality, develop functional design, complete application configuration, manage scope and expectations of business unit participants as needed, conduct system test, and develop training material and job aids on a project by project basis. Minimum 4 - 6 years of experience.

Job Description: Sr. SAP BW Archiving Functional expert needed to analyze, identify and execute SAP BW Archiving requirements in Logistics, Supply Chain and Finance Areas.

Required Qualifications

1) 6+ years working with SAP BW (Technical and/or Functional).
2) Strong communication skills (both written and oral) is a must.
3) Must be able to facilitate requirements gathering workshops with senior leaders in an organization and correlate needs into functional design documentation for SAP-BW data archiving.
4) Extensive Experience with SAP BW Archiving tool – PBS NLS solution tool for SAP BW 7.x ( ADK based ) and Information Life Cycle Management.
5) Extensive Experience with CBW Administration Cockpit, Creating Virtual providers, enabling BW queries for near line access.
6) Extensive experience in analyzing the BW InfoProviders, identifying the InfoProviders for archiving, end user training for creating and executing reports from the archived data.
7) Extensive experience in all the SAP functional areas such as FI, SD, MM.
8) Experience in writing BW Archiving test plans and executing the test plans.
9) Exposure to document repository tools such as Borland StarTeam and Caliber.
