SAP Business Analyst
This is an experienced SAP Consultant position within the Enterprise SAP Transformation Organization; the candidate will lead projects utilizing SAP SCM 4.1 APO, Distribution Requirements Planning (DRP) and Tactical Capacity Planning (TCP) applications. This position requires an experienced subject matter expert for the DRP/TCP application team. He/she will drive the development and release of SAP enhancements and break/fix patches for the SAP DRP/TCP functional area. Make approved changes to applications to fulfill requirements in accordance with development standards. Analyze, code, configure, test, implement, and coordinate changes that are needed. Manage system testing, regression testing, and user acceptance testing where required.
Handle highly complex tasks with multiple dimensions, conduct cost benefits analyses and recommend solutions, anticipate and overcome obstacles dealing with cross system and technology issues. Makes decisions based on customer needs and proactively propose technical solutions based on those needs.
Independently lead large and complex pieces of work for various projects with minimal supervision.
Ensure that formal issues, change and risk management techniques are leveraged to ensure project success.

Required: SAP
Required Qualifications
4 years experience SAP SCM - Functional expertise in implementing DRP/TCP solutions.
4 years experience SAP SCM – APO 4.1 – Technical implementation experience (configuration, macros, CIF, detailed knowledge of APO modeling – versions, planning book, key figures etc.).
4 years experience creating and executing test plans for assembly and system testing.
Strong overall technical skills (Database skills (SQL), some programming knowledge).
3 years experience Project Management experience on mid-sized to large projects; Strong communication skills. Technical requirements : SAP SCM, SAP APO, creating and executing test plans, 3 years experience Project Management experience on mid-sized to large projects
