Route Sales Representative - Santa Maria, CA

Odwalla, Inc. is the leading national brand of nourishing food products, including fresh juices, nutritionally fortified juice blends, food bars, and spring water. We are currently seeking a full-time Route Sales Representative to forecast, order, and deliver our products to accounts in the Santa Maria area, including Solvang, Nipomo and Lompoc. This is a stand-alone route affiliated to our San Fernando distribution center.

Qualified candidates will have a minimum of 2 years related experience which includes: retail merchandising and customer service.  In addition, candidates must have a proven track record of being able to work with little supervision, merchandise product, solve problems and meet deadlines.  Excellent communication skills are essential.  Must also be able to maintain composure and handle frequent change or unexpected disruptions.  Must have a clean DMV record and a valid driver’s license and be able to complete a drug and background screen. In addition, must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and push up to 125 lbs.
