Royal Cup Coffee, a leading coffee roaster and nationwide provider of gourmet coffees, teas and allied products, has an immediate opening for a Route Sales Associate called a Territory Manager. This is an entry level position in the FoodService Division.

Royal Cup Coffee is a 112 year old, privately held company. National customers include The Ritz Carlton Hotel Company, Comfort Inn & Suites, Outback Steakhouse, IHOP and many others. We are seeking a “Territory Manager” (Route Sales) for the greater Hudson / Spring Hill, Florida area.
Position Summary:
The Territory Manager is a route delivery driver and focuses on servicing our existing customer base and growing the customer base by selling new accounts. The successful Territory Manager will: Master all aspects of route operations Achieve goals set by the manager for promotions, allied penetration, allied margins and new salesProvide exceptional customer serviceMust represent the company in a professional manner
Candidate Criteria:
High School Education and ability to pass pre-employment screenings required. Very strong work ethic Outgoing and success driven personalityAcceptable driving record Must be in good physical condition for demanding work Must have the ability to work independentlyAthletic team, sports background is a plus
