TERRITORY SALES REPRESENTATIVE
Hershey’s Ice Cream is hiring a full time Territory Sales Representative for Richmond, VA. We require sales experience calling on convenience stores, food service in health care and colleges, and restaurants.
We are looking for a TERRITORY SALES REPRESENTITIVE who is energetic, hard working, dependable, and an enthusiastic team player who can also work independently!
Job Description
Maintain existing customer base of approximately 150 accounts through exemplary customer service. You will visit 10 to 15 accounts per day in your territory.
Grow your territory by acquiring new accounts and increasing existing customer sales. Each Territory Sales Representative is expected to acquire one new customer per week.
Physical duties include basic freezer maintenance and delivery as well as delivery of product. Being mechanically inclined and able to handle the physical challenge of delivery ice cream is required.
First Year Compensation based on:
Income
Base salary paid bi-weekly
Monthly sales commission: paid the last week of each month.
Annual territory bonus: paid annually in March.
Holiday bonus: paid annually in December.
Estimated first year pay: $45,000 to $50,000.

Our FOOD SERVICE CUSTOMERS include restaurants, contract feeder client accounts, college and university facilities, snack bars, and independently owned Hershey’s Ice Cream shops.
