Restaurant Manager
Growing company has entry level management position. Management experience is helpful but not necessary. My company has 3 managers per restaurant. They operate as a co-management team. Duties and responsibilities are divided up but decisions and goals are made together. It is an unique way of managing a restaurant. Duties include: working along side your staff, training, helping to do performance evaluations and raises, some inventory, ordering of products, and handling customer service issues. Management training lasts 3-4 weeks. After that, weekly meetings help guide you to what the restaurant goals are and we train you on how to accomplish those goals. This is a fast paced environment during our busy season, February-October There is a lot of variety at this job. We have 3 areas of the restaurant to train and supervise. There are cashiers, the kitchen and the ice-cream production area. It is never boring. We are very flexible with working around your schedule, however, we do require you to work 2 nights per week. We offer health insurance, dental, flexible spending, retirement plan, 2 paid holidays and vacation
