· Compensation is very competitive. Salary will vary, depending upon experience, ranging between $45,000 to $110,000 for General Managers, plus advancements opportunities.

 

Salary range will vary based on experience and is very competitive.  Associate Managers $40 - $50K.  Assistant General Managers can expect a salary range from $50-55K per year.  General Managers can expect a salary range from $60-110K per year. (Average compensation for GM is $85K) Last year the top 20% of General Managers made over $100K.

Requirements

Qualified candidates should have:

· At least five years of restaurant management experience in a full service or fast casual concept.

· A strong passion to work in the restaurant industry.

· No more than two jobs in the past five years.

· Must be able to work 50-55 hours per week in a 5 day work week.

· A minimum of a High School diploma or equivalent
