Registered Dietitian

Join the SunBridge Healthcare team, dedicated to caring for the generation that cared for us.  SunBridge Healthcare is looking for a part time Registered Dietitian for our 86 bed center located in Kingsburg, CA.

 

Primary responsibilities include:

*Completing comprehensive nutrition assessments for all residents and incorporating nutrition interventions into the individualized interdisciplinary plan of care for residents as indicated. 

*Insuring that all assessments and care plans meet professional standards of practice, reflect current evidence-based practice, and are in full compliance with all applicable regulatory statutes. 

*Participating with the interdisciplinary teams to provide professional guidance for assessing and implementing care strategies and monitoring nutrition and hydration status of residents.

* Must possess BA in Dietetics/Nutrition and current registration and licensure (if applicable) or RD eligible pending successful completion of the registration examination required.  * Previous Experience in Long Term Care consulting and/or regulatory oversight preferred* Strong organizational and communication skills * Food Service Management experience preferred

* 1 year experience is desirable, but willing to train new grads, At least 1 year(s)
