Regional Sales Manager with Natural/Conventional Meat Experience

We are looking to add 2 Regional Sales Managers that will be responsible for sales volume and profit delivery in specific Regions for all products produced and authorized for sale by

Coleman Natural Foods.

 

Successful candidates will have strong natural and conventional retail connections, and will ideally be located in one of the following locations and be able to work from their home:

· West  – Texas or Southern California

· Mid-West – Chicago

· North-East – Boston

 

You will coordinate with the different divisions of Coleman Natural Foods to ensure timely sales and deliveries of products to customers while directly managing accounts residing within the Region.

 

Communication to the VP/Sales and Region Managers is key to advise of approved activity by accounts. 

 

Can you help expand distribution of products with existing and new customers?

 

Do you have experience managing travel and regional promotion budgets by account, market and total region? 

 

Have you worked with Brokers in the past and enjoy interviewing, evaluating and selecting which one to work with?

 

Skills Required for consideration are:Proven experience in communicating effectively and leading multiple sales managers and food brokers in one of the Regions listed above. Minimum of 5 years related experience, Chicken preferred. Extensive experience in forecasting and selling perishable food products, and a sense of urgency for selling on a short-term basis.Proficient in Excel, Access, PowerPoint and Word.Bachelor's degree in marketing/business or related experience a plus.Ability to travel frequently.
