Quality Supervisor - Minnesota

This well known Minnesota company is looking for another Quality professional to join their Quality Assurance team.  This is your opportunity to 'get you foot in the door'!

This will be a 3rd shift position, also scheduled to work every other weekend.  You will supervise 4-5 and work and train on GMP's, HACCP, SOP's and more.  You will be responsible for quality processes and procedures and equipment on this shift.  Other areas covered:  safety, employee training, evaluating efficiencies, maintaining lab inventories, cleaning methods and scheduling.

Requirements:

*Associates Degree or 4 year degree desired, but equivalent experience will be acceptable

* knowledge of food regulations:  HACCP, GMP's, SOP's, USDA, etc.

*demonstrated success at supervising and mentoring a team

*familiarity with basic micro testing procedures

*previous experience in food manufacturing environment a MUST!

A full relocation package is available, however, Midwest candidates are preferred.
