Quality Control Manager

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Reports to President of Company

- Ability to write reports and procedural manuals; ability to build a QA program that meets or exceeds industry standards

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Knowledge of food safety and quality management

- Knowledge of HACCP, SSOP and GMP

- Responsible for food safety

- Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations and customer's food safety requirements

- Ability to speak Spanish a plus

- Requires ability to work regularly in a production work environment
