Quality Assurance Technician

French Meadow Bakery located in Eagan, Minnesota is a new member of the Rich's Family specializing in gluten-free and other speciality baked goods. The manufacturing plant currently has an opportunity for a Quality Assurance Technician to work on their 2nd shift.Please view our career opportunity listed here and on our website at www.rich.com/careers A Quality Assurance Technician will perform assigned analytical testing using established methods and procedures.The major responsibilities of a Quality Assurance Technician are:1. Monitor equipment and test through use of control samples. 2. Document test results, communicate with management and co-associates of deviations. 3. Contribute and direct follow-up of product testing deviations and trends. 4. Assist production associates with line & product monitoring as required.5. Perform QA tasks including product sampling, line monitoring, sampling and performance lab testing.
