We currently have an opportunity for a Quality Assurance Manager to ensure the high quality standards of our beverages in our Moorestown, NJ production facility.
Job Purpose:
Plans, coordinates, and directs quality assurance program to ensure continuous production of products consistent with established standards.
Job Duties:
Ø Develops and analyzes statistical data and product specifications to determine present standards and establishes proposed quality and reliability expectancy of finished product.
Ø Formulates and maintains quality assurance objectives complementary to corporate policies and goals.
Ø Creates and implements inspection criteria and procedures.
Ø Coordinates objectives with production procedures in cooperation with other plant managers to maximize product reliability and minimize costs.
Ø Provides inspection activity for product throughout production cycle.
Ø Applies total quality management tools and approaches to analytical and reporting processes within each department.
Ø Directs workers engaged in inspection and testing actives to ensure continuous control over materials, facilities, and products.
Ø Works with vendors to ensure quality of all purchased parts for company use.
Ø Creates and directs environmental test functions
Ø Assumes active role on quality management teams within the organization.
Ø Designs and implements quality assurance training programs to key personnel in conjunction with managers.
Ø Investigates quality index non-conformances and reports findings to the Regional Technical Manager for Coca-Cola North America.

Job Qualifications:
Ø College Degree (with major emphasis in either Biology or Food Science) and a minimum of 2 years experience working in a quality control environment.
Ø 2-3 years relevant experience.
Ø Problem solving and analytical skills.
Ø Good computer skills in Word, Excel, and statistical based software
Ø Ability to address and recognize business related issues.
Ø Good written and oral communication skills.
