Plant Manager

You will be responsible for the plant performance, take charge of high performing, talented and established team that will drive success in the delivery of our safety, quality, production and financial goals.

Essentials Requirements:

 

·         Candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, Business or related field and 8-10 years of experience, preferably with a food processing company;

·         Experience in a rapid-paced entrepreneurial company in the $20 to $30 million annual sales range as well as experience in a smaller size organization;

·         Demonstrate leadership and complex organizational management skills.

·         Direct and lead the manufacturing, quality, maintenance and warehouse departments.

·         Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact within all levels of the organization.

·         Direct and coordinate plant operations within company policies and procedures.

·         Must be able to introduce current technology concepts to improve processes, increase cycle times, increase factory throughput, and optimize inventory levels along with implementing preventive systems.

·         Initiates and implements actions to maximize profits by containing expenses through improved operating and cost efficiencies.  Meet financial budget and plans.

·         Ensures performance, quality, cost, schedule, profit and customer satisfaction targets are achieved with risks identified and mitigated and opportunities exercised.

·         Assures timely and relevant communications to and from all levels.

·         Hands-on proficiency with Microsoft Office Products.
