Plant Electrician
Fleischmann’s Yeast, a division of AB Mauri Food Inc., is seeking a Plant Engineer to work within our Maintenance team at our Memphis manufacturing plant.
The Plant Engineer will be responsible for the installation and repair of electrical systems, apparatus, and electrical and electronic components of individual machinery and equipment.
Successful candidates must possess a high school diploma or general education degree (GED), one to three months of related experience and/or training, a Journeyman Electrician’s license, ability to operate specific computer software and related hardware, familiarity with basic mechanical and/or electrical terminology and ability to recognize problems with various types of industrial machinery. Ideal candidates will also have experience in food processing.
