PRODUCTION MANAGER NEEDED ASAP
Growing chain with 37 units in 10 states and plans of growing to 100 units. Financially stable company with excellent benefits and room for growth.
Seeking a production manager that is able to that can manage a team of 5 to 10 employees at corporate location.
The Production Manager manages the production staff. Plans and makes work assignments. Implements operating policies procedures and make recommendations for work conditions, production methods, equipment needs, and operating procedures. Implements production techniques designed to produce consistent processes and quality outcomes. Maintains inventory at par level and places weekly orders of perishables.
This is a great experience for a restaurant manager seeking a greater quality of life and departure of typical day to day operations. The typical work day starts at 8:30am and ends at 5:00pm...40 hours per week. Great holiday time with family as well, company is closed New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
1. At least one year supervisory experience of a team of 5 to 10 employees
2. Prior restaurant management experience preferred
3. College Degree or Some College Experience strongly preferred
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
5. Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
6. Bilingual preferred
7. Exhibits great tenure with prior employers. No more than 3 jobs in the last 7 years.
