Operations Manager 1 - Multi Service

This position REQUIRES strong maintenance background and SOME knowledge of custodial care. This is the number two position at an account/unit providing two or more core services (facilities/engineering, food or custodial). You will assume GM's responsibilities and authority in his/her absence and supervises managers in multiple service areas. Will maintains customer satisfaction and good public relations. From outpatient rehabilitation and a medical model Adult Day Care program to inpatient care and residential apartments, Saint Mary Home meets the medical and spiritual needs of each person on the deepest human level. Saint Mary Home serves more than 400 patients, residents and clients at various stages along the continuum of care for the elderly and the underserved poor. Position Summary: Number two position at an account/unit providing two or more core services (facilities/engineering, food or custodial). Basic Education Requirement: Associate's Degree Basic Management/Supervisory Experience Required: 2 years of lead/supervisory/management experience Basic Functional Experience Required: 2 years work experience in facilities (e.g., maintenance, plant operations, engineering services, grounds, custodial/environmental, or transportation) or food (e.g., food services or operations, concessions, retail sales, store operations, or vending) se You may substitute 1 additional year of experience for each year of education below the basic requirement above as long as you possess a high-school diploma or GED.
