Our busy corporate head office in Westwood is seeking an outgoing, coffee loving, multi-tasking, customer oriented individual to share a full –time Office Coordinator position.
This part-time opportunity will allow you to work 8 am to 5 pm, two days during one week and three days on the alternate week!
Responsibilities include answering busy switchboard, greeting guests, coordinating office/kitchen supply ordering and providing administrative support to various departments.
If you have 2-3 years of relevant experience in a busy office setting, can manage multiple priorities, a bias for fun, working knowledge of MS Office and outstanding customer service abilities, this could be the job for you!
