ONLINE MARKETING ASSISTANT
Mrs. Fields Famous Brands, LLC is one of the largest franchisors in the premium snack food industry, featuring Mrs. Fields Cookies and TCBY as our core brands. We are the largest retailer of freshly baked specialty cookies and brownies and the largest retailer of soft-serve frozen yogurt in the United States. In addition to our retail stores, we operate a business dedicated to personal and corporate gift giving needs. We market a variety of freshly baked cookies, brownies, candies and other gift items under our Mrs. Fields brand name via a catalog, the Internet, online affiliate programs, and strategic partnerships/corporate accounts.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following: (Other duties may be assigned.)
•Assist with functional integration of all website marketing and promotional efforts originated by coordinators/management.
•Daily review of Mrs. Fields website appearance and functions. Places test orders daily. Assists online service and support team with web issues related to online shopping or products.
•Responsible for upkeep of mrsfields.com online storefront, seasonal pages, categories, items and prices. Maintains product categories, adds and deletes as needed.
•Performs pre and post holiday website review, removes expired promotions holiday items and shipping calendars.
•Builds online catalog, receives and posts catalog copy and images to website. Tests and develop new site functionality due to new products, ease of site or issues.
•Assist with inventory control of all SKUs on the Mrs. Fields site. Sets inventory levels as needed. Test new promotions thoroughly before activation.
•Create email campaigns and Maintain blog by writing and developing content of writing, product and home page copy. Maintain communication with SEO partners. Meet weekly/monthly based on season for upcoming changes/updates to campaigns.
•Assist in reporting web sales, conversion, and abandonment trends.
•Attend quarterly meetings on upcoming products & catalogs. Provide input into layout and brain storm ideas. Proof read upcoming catalog drops- spelling errors, picture errors and copy errors.
