As a Maintenance Supervisor you will assure proper maintenance coverage for all manufacturing functions and support groups within Jackson’s Hutch Dairy facility.

 

Additional Responsibilities:

·  Direct and supervise all maintenance personnel

·  Receive and process all work orders

·  Assign, coordinate and supervise all maintenance of machinery, equipment and buildings

·  Order and receive parts and equipment

·  Seek out and recommend more efficient practices and procedures for maintenance and construction work within this plant

·  Assist maintenance employees in making repairs and adjustments to machines and equipment

·  Evaluate machine performance and suggestions for improvements

·  Recommend P.M. and lubrication programs and procedures within plant

·  Maintain a constant vigil within plant for safety hazards

·  Communicate with operations, sanitation, shipping, Q.C., security and other departments within plant to insure cooperation and coordination of services

·  Prepare reports and assist the Plant Engineer in special projects

 

Requirements:

·  Bachelor’s Degree

·  Ability to communicate, both verbal and written, and be computer literate

·  Strong drive to be an integral asset for Kroger Manufacturing
