If you have plant Maintenance experience for a Industrial Food Manufacturer (grain, wet milling, dry milling, chemical, pharmaceutical, ingredient, starch, sugar, and/or pulp&paper,) and you have Leadership/Supervisory/Management experience and process Technical Engineering degree or have Equivalent experience…then we’d like to talk with you about the “Maintenance Associate Team Leaderâ€� position with a stable, growing $4B Ingredient Company located in Keokuk, IA that offers rapid advancement opportunities.   The Maintenance Associate Team Leader reporting to the Plant Technical Services Division will be responsible for directing, coordinating, and executing day to day maintenance activities on all Unit Operations in the Keokuk Production Facility, including but not limited to Power House systems (coal and gas boilers, water purification, plant air compressors, gas and steam turbines, waste water plant and hydrogen production) and chemical unit operations (Ion Exchange Systems, Evaporation Systems, Batch and Continuous Reactor Systems, Milling equipment, Drying equipment). Primary duties of this position include, but are not limited to: managing day to day activities of the production unit maintenance craftsmen •  ensuring PdM Plans are scheduled and executed in a timely manner •  ensuring maintenance craftsmen are fully utilizing SAP management system •  conducting monthly safety meetings •  leading maintenance safety efforts •  monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) •  such as measuring rolling mean time between failure for pumps and motors •  and administering the employee Performance Excellence Program (PEP) to continually improve the performance of the maintenance craftsman.  The successful candidate will need to understand the concepts of a reliability centered maintenance model, possess strong interpersonal skills and have the ability to work directly with the production unit maintenance staff and outside contractors in support of proactive maintenance efforts.  Weekend maintenance rotational work is also required. The following requirements and qualifications have been established for this position:· Technical Degree and/or Equivalent experience working in plant maintenance environment · 1-3 years supervisory experience or demonstrated leadership capability · Experience performing maintenance on high pressure coal boilers and auxiliary systems is preferred· Demonstrates strong motivational skills with experience working effectively with cross- functional groups· Demonstrates ability to execute, manage, and /or develop projects effectively· Demonstrates strong external and internal communication skills· Demonstrates proficiency using Windows-based operating systems  · Demonstrates working knowledge of computerized maintenance management system (CMMS)   REQUIRED          PREFERRED· Technical Degree in related field or equiv maintenance exp   Â· B.S.
