Coast Citrus Distributors was formed in 1950 and is a major wholesaler of fruits and vegetables in the United Stated and Mexico. We provide a comfortable and casual working environment.
We are looking to fill a full-time position in our San Diego (Otay Mesa) corporate office. This position processes payroll for 350 multi-state employees, assists in advance and complicated tasks in support of human resources. Candidate must be able to communicate with various levels of management.
Extensive experience with ADP PCPW with emphasis in the following areas:Multi-state payrollMultiple department and cost allocation.Vacation and sick accrual auditing and maintenance.ReportSmithKronos Time Clocks and software.
Candidate must have extensive experience with Kronos Timekeeper with remote time clocks at various locations AND very comfortable in creating reports with ReportSmith. Must be able to work in a fast pace environment and prioritize. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
Pay Range: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour.
