General Manager’s primary responsibilities include the development and growth of people, sales and profits while promoting our trademark country French cuisine; scheduling product ordering, catering and inventory.

 

General Manager position requires:

· Minimum of 2 years experience as a General Manager in a foodservice operation, prior retail Bakery experience a plus, and some experience with catering and other sales helpful.

· Knowledge of Micros POS System 

· Basic knowledge of: HR Planning, Staffing and Performance Management; Teambuilding and Communication.

· 4 year college degree beneficial

· Outstanding employee coaching skill

· A personal vehicle

Every other weekend work
