General Manager-Restaurant

Wing Zone, America’s fastest growing take-out and delivery Buffalo Wing Restaurant is looking for an experienced General Manager.  This polished individual will have great written and communication skills with a stable work history.

 

Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage all aspects of Location including:

Controlling food and labor costs

Marketing

Hiring

Training

Scheduling

Motivating staff

Banking 

 

This position is hands-on and a majority of your week will be spent inside the restaurant

 

Requirements

Minimum 2 Years Experience Restaurant/Delivery Management

Great Organizational Skills with Attention to Detail

Team Player, Positive Attitude & Superb Work Ethic

Willingness to Learn New Skills and Technologies

Ability to Work Independently, Prioritize Responsibilities & Meet Deadlines
