General Manager 4 - Environmental Service / Custodial

Sodexo is seeking a highly experienced General Manager of Environmental Services / Custodial Services for a high profile, Blue Chip health care account, a 208 bed hospital with over 1.5 M sq ft cleanable area with multiple buildings, including historic and newly opened. This large hospital Blue Chip account is in the Inland Empire - outside of Los Angeles, CA area. Ideal candidate will have previous general manager or director level custodial / housekeeping experience in a high volume/ high profile hospital environment; understanding of regulatory guidelines; solid financial / budget acumen; strong analytical skills including completing ROI proposals, action plans, cost reductions; strong client and customer relationship skills and ability to train / mentor/ motivate hourly staff. Responsibilities include supervising and scheduling hourly employees while maintaining customer, client and patient satisfaction and good public relations.
