General Manager 3 - Environmental Services / Custodial

Sodexo is seeking a high level General Manager to oversee Environmental Services / Custodial Services account for Phoenix Childrens Hospital - a World Class children's hospital in Phoenix, AZ. This full service P&L acute care account also has 7 additional buildings - several administrative and medical clinics on campus and several across town. Ideal candidate will have previous health care / hospital director level management experience in custodial or housekeeping area; proven ability to drive customer, client and patient satisfaction; understanding of regulatory guidelines; solid financial / budget acumen; strong analytical skills including completing ROI proposals, action plans, cost reductions. Oversight will include interface with a progressive hospital leadership team and nursing managers as well as some project management / planning for new construction of an additional hospital building slated to open 2010. Ideal opportunity to grow with the account with a positive hospital administrative team. Position Summary: Directs all housekeeping operations at a single unit. Supervises all cleaning personnel. Responsible for maintaining payroll records. Hires and trains unit personnel. Maintains customer satisfaction and good public relations. Senior-most person assigned to a one client account.
