Experience The Flavor of Things To Come! SAGE is currently seeking a talented and energetic Food Service Director for a private school in Houston, TX.

This Food Service Director will have at least 3 years of prior catering and food service management experience. The candidate should have a culinary background and have knowledge of current food trends. Computer knowledge and organizational skills are a must.

Responsibilities of this position will include menu development, ordering and inventory, production, receivables, catering management, sanitation, team development, and general location management. Client interaction and customer service are key components of this position. Candidate should be as skilled in front of the house presentation and showmanship as he/she is in the kitchen.
